open up a coffee house????

well i have been offered a coffee shop in my home state and plan on opening it but, before i could i have to jump thru hoops with all the depts, and getting funding for this is not going to be easy, so what do i do should i invest $40.000 to $150.000 to make 2.00 a cup?

well the answer is easy ,Yes because if you look at italy there are 290 million people and over 250thousand
coffee shops there.
here we have over 300million and only 27thousand is there room for another coffee business i think there is.
and further more it couldn't be a better time to build the economy up by opening a new business, thats good for the state, and good for the economy, so if you have in your nieghbor a need to fill, why not trying to open your dream,

one cup verses

i just read a article about about the one cup coffee device and i must say it sounds like a good idea, but forthose of us who dont have one ore have a lot of coffee left over what you should do is refridgerate it and add some cream when you get home and have some ice coffee, it is a great way to relax and you dont have to throw the coffee away, remember you could reuse alot of the coffee you have left over to make cakes

coffee machine

i am very happy with my mister coffee expersso maker it holds up well, and it makes coffee just like the first day i bought it, its been 5 years now, and if i  may say, if  she goes i will be purchasing another one very soon.
the best deals i found was on line and walmart.
but i want to get a larger commercial machine for my my finished basment area it would be used alot we throw card partys, and church fuctions there, and we always have a reading session  as well, i do want those starbucks type of machines, but alittle to pricey for home use, so i found a site on the web, that designs home expresso makers and they range from $450.00 to $1200.00 and come in many different colors they are also heavy duty so the will last a long time now to buy your coffee beans, and a coffee bean grinder.

canoli"s how to

I have an old recipe from italy on how to make canoli cream.
That i would like to share with you.
first you need to have these items
half half
sugar
vanila extract
starch corn or potatoe it all depends on you
and patients
first of all in a pan big enough to hold the amount of cream you are making,
for about 24 canolis you will need
4 qaurts of of half and half
3lbs of sugar
two teaspoons of extract
and two cups of startch

warm cream on stove to the point of it foaming to the top of pan
and on the side of the stove place 1 quart of cream with the starch in it,
make sure you stir the starch in the cream constantly while other cream is cooking
keep the starch chilled on ice
when you your cream that is cooking has foamed twice to the top of the pan
pour you mix into the warm pan and stir constanly
it should thicken up as you stir
take off stove and cool
when you have cooled the cream
add you extract and sugar to the cream and stir place in fridge for about 4 hours
when you take it out it should be thick like paste
place small amount in your blender and whip for about two min,
it will become creamy and ready to fill your canolis
you can adjust the sugar and extract as you need
thats all up to you
you could buy canolis from your local bakery just ask them if they sell the shells
alone, im sure they will
and you have your self a wounderful treat for everyone to enjoy

the world's finest black teas are grown in the hauntingly beautiful mountains of Darjeeling India, nestled in the arms of the Himalayan Mountains. Surrounded by the three forbidden Kingdoms of Nepal, Sikkim, and Bhutan, the nearly inaccessible area of Darjeeling consistently produces small amounts of the world's most cherished black teas. Our Xanadu Darjeeling TGBOP is a perfect example of the art of fine tea craft, brewing a classically profiled Darjeeling cup that is perfectly balanced between assertiveness and restraint.
'TGBOP' is this rare tea's grade, standing for 'Tippy' (the presence of the rare and flavorful terminal bud) 'Golden' (a distinct bright color on the edges of the most succulent young leaves) 'Broken Orange Pekoe' (the leaf size grade). Interestingly, the grade's name has nothing to do with the flavor of oranges, instead are Anglicized words taken from 17th century Chinese, referring to the tea's desirable larger leaf size.

cofee

There are all kinds of different pods out there to ensure every coffee lover gets their favorite type of coffee made by their preferred brand. Coffee pod machines include the Black and Decker Home Cafe, Philips Senseo and the Tassimo Home Brewer as well as a few other available on the coffee market.
If you enjoy a cappuccino you may also enjoy a latte, which is made with espresso and milk. These beverages can be found in coffee houses everywhere or even prepared at home.

You can easily create your own espresso, cappuccino, latte or traditional coffee using a coffee pod machine. The pod system is preferred by many because it is easier to use than a regular old drip coffee makers. These machines brew your coffee up, one cup at a time, with no guesswork and very little mess. Rather than having to dump wet grinds you just toss the used pod
European caffeine beverages like espresso and cappuccino are quite popular with many gourmet drink lovers. Espresso actually refers to a dark roast coffee prepared in a certain way. First made in Italy, espresso comes in small cups usually one ounce in size. Cappuccino is a frothy beverage that takes two shots of espresso on average and features a thick foam on top.

part 3

example there's a light roast, medium roast and dark roast coffee types, Light roast is considered a smooth and mild taste, gentle on the palate and the stomach. Most light coffees are going to be low in acid also and 10 times easier to consume. Some folks may also find light roast to be way to bland tasting. Now...medium roast is a bit more balanced and robust, and very ideal for any kind occasion from morning all the way to sunset. Dark roast coffee is for those people who like the flavor of a bitter taste on their tongue and a smokey, strong flavor too.
However, there are two types of coffee beans -- Robusta and Arabica -- with the majority of high quality coffee beans on the market being Arabica. You'll see certain brands advertising 100% Arabica due to their superior taste and quality. Although, under the category of Arabica there are countless varieties of roasted coffee flavors that you can enjoy!

cofee types

There are so many different types of coffee available around the world, who knows where to start, most people find a certain brand they like and never look back, missing out on all the different exotic flavors out there. This is especially the true if you're new to coffee and not sure what you're going to like, you end up finding something that taste OK to you, and stick to it.

coffee cake

i have had the best coffee cake this morning and it was made by a well known bakery chain ooh was it good
i know they say not to love your food but i look at it this way with all the down side of the economy and all the credit debt and all these great people out of work why not love your coffee cake, why not go back to the times when things were simple where we didn't care what brand clothes you had on when the joy of just being in the moment is what you lived for. whether its the coffee cake ,a book , a walk along the shore ,a stroll in the neighborhood it not the item its the feeling of enjoying what you do eat smell love and the more simple it is the more you enjoy it, thanks again
