coffee and deserts
hi people of the tea world just letting you know that the tea prices willl be rising due to the unforutnate
natural disaster of japan that is to be expected, but i would like to set in motion that the wheel of change should happen now, we have become a people of money and greed, so to honor the fallen victims i think we as a race of people shoud demand change and help those who are in need i know, that this is a coffee and tea blog but i would like to extend my deepest sympathy to those over in japan, they could use a hand from all us, so if your are able to help please do so, and giving is always a great thing, help them ,for the good of all of us is depending on that, thank you for listening .

open up a coffee house????
well i have been offered a coffee shop in my home state and plan on opening it but, before i could i have to jump thru hoops with all the depts, and getting funding for this is not going to be easy, so what do i do should i invest $40.000 to $150.000 to make 2.00 a cup?
well the answer is easy ,Yes because if you look at italy there are 290 million people and over 250thousand
coffee shops there.
here we have over 300million and only 27thousand is there room for another coffee business i think there is.
and further more it couldn't be a better time to build the economy up by opening a new business, thats good for the state, and good for the economy, so if you have in your nieghbor a need to fill, why not trying to open your dream,

one cup verses
i just read a article about about the one cup coffee device and i must say it sounds like a good idea, but forthose of us who dont have one ore have a lot of coffee left over what you should do is refridgerate it and add some cream when you get home and have some ice coffee, it is a great way to relax and you dont have to throw the coffee away, remember you could reuse alot of the coffee you have left over to make cakes
