i just read a article about about the one cup coffee device and i must say it sounds like a good idea, but forthose of us who dont have one ore have a lot of coffee left over what you should do is refridgerate it and add some cream when you get home and have some ice coffee, it is a great way to relax and you dont have to throw the coffee away, remember you could reuse alot of the coffee you have left over to make cakes

coffee machine
i am very happy with my mister coffee expersso maker it holds up well, and it makes coffee just like the first day i bought it, its been 5 years now, and if i may say, if she goes i will be purchasing another one very soon.
the best deals i found was on line and walmart.
but i want to get a larger commercial machine for my my finished basment area it would be used alot we throw card partys, and church fuctions there, and we always have a reading session as well, i do want those starbucks type of machines, but alittle to pricey for home use, so i found a site on the web, that designs home expresso makers and they range from $450.00 to $1200.00 and come in many different colors they are also heavy duty so the will last a long time now to buy your coffee beans, and a coffee bean grinder.

That i would like to share with you.
first you need to have these items
half half
sugar
vanila extract
starch corn or potatoe it all depends on you
and patients
first of all in a pan big enough to hold the amount of cream you are making,
for about 24 canolis you will need
4 qaurts of of half and half
3lbs of sugar
two teaspoons of extract
and two cups of startch
warm cream on stove to the point of it foaming to the top of pan
and on the side of the stove place 1 quart of cream with the starch in it,
make sure you stir the starch in the cream constantly while other cream is cooking
keep the starch chilled on ice
when you your cream that is cooking has foamed twice to the top of the pan
pour you mix into the warm pan and stir constanly
it should thicken up as you stir
take off stove and cool
when you have cooled the cream
add you extract and sugar to the cream and stir place in fridge for about 4 hours
when you take it out it should be thick like paste
place small amount in your blender and whip for about two min,
it will become creamy and ready to fill your canolis
you can adjust the sugar and extract as you need
thats all up to you
you could buy canolis from your local bakery just ask them if they sell the shells
alone, im sure they will
and you have your self a wounderful treat for everyone to enjoy

the world's finest black teas are grown in the hauntingly beautiful mountains of Darjeeling India, nestled in the arms of the Himalayan Mountains. Surrounded by the three forbidden Kingdoms of Nepal, Sikkim, and Bhutan, the nearly inaccessible area of Darjeeling consistently produces small amounts of the world's most cherished black teas. Our Xanadu Darjeeling TGBOP is a perfect example of the art of fine tea craft, brewing a classically profiled Darjeeling cup that is perfectly balanced between assertiveness and restraint.
'TGBOP' is this rare tea's grade, standing for 'Tippy' (the presence of the rare and flavorful terminal bud) 'Golden' (a distinct bright color on the edges of the most succulent young leaves) 'Broken Orange Pekoe' (the leaf size grade). Interestingly, the grade's name has nothing to do with the flavor of oranges, instead are Anglicized words taken from 17th century Chinese, referring to the tea's desirable larger leaf size.
